How to mold and use

• Step 1: Wash the new guard with soap to remove factory elements.
• Step 2: Dip the guard into boiling water for about 30 seconds, checking frequently as it softens.
• Step 3: Place the guard on the upper jaw and gently smooth the silicone under the lips.
• Step 4: Bite lightly to form the mold.
• Step 5: Re-align and press to ensure a snug fit across the teeth, especially the molars.
• Step 6: If the edge isn’t perfect, re-boil briefly and reshape; you can adjust the unformed edge as needed.
